Text Message Terms
Message frequency will vary based on your appointments, treatment, account activity, and interactions with our office.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. To request assistance regarding text communications, reply HELP or contact our office directly.
Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from receiving dental care from Golden Hill Family Dentistry. We may communicate with you through other appropriate methods when necessary.
Email Communications
Patients who provide an email address may receive communications related to appointments, treatment, billing, insurance, practice information, and other matters related to their care.
You may request to discontinue non-essential email communications by using an unsubscribe option when provided or by contacting our office.
Privacy & Security
Please be aware that standard text messaging and email may not be completely secure. Although Golden Hill Family Dentistry takes reasonable measures to protect patient information, electronic communications may carry privacy and security risks outside of our control.
Please do not use text messaging or email for emergencies or urgent medical or dental concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency medical care.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages or emails is not a condition of purchasing goods or receiving dental services from Golden Hill Family Dentistry.
By opting in to electronic communications, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these terms.

Golden Hill Family Dentistry may update these Text Messaging & Electronic Communications Terms periodically. Any updated terms will be posted on this page with the applicable effective date.
